What is Fibromyalgia?
- Do you always have pain in your muscles?
- Does your body always feel sour?
- Do you have little energy?
- You probably don't sleep well.
- Do you have mood swings?
- You don't have a daily bowel movement or it is difficult.
- You have trouble losing weight.
- If you stand on a stool a few times to get something, you probably have just as
much muscle pain, than someone who went toin the gym for an hour!
- Most likely you have all kind of undiagnosed health issues.
- and you wonder if it's ever going away!
You probably recognize yourself in this if you have fibromyalgia or you may recognize yourself in this and you have no diagnosis at all. Actually it doesn't matter at all, because you want to get rid of your health issues. And yes, this is possible!
You don't have to experience these complaints, you too can go through life without pain and with much more energy! However, you need to know the real cause.
Since I started working with you in 2016, I no longer take medicines, I can cycle again and exercise lightly and I feel better. Very grateful🙏🏻 S. Koster 59 years
What is Fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia means: pain in connective tissue and muscles. In fibromyalgia, several complaints occur simultaneously, such as pain in the muscles or joints, fatigue, stiffness, often mood swings and sometimes a bad night's sleep. The pain mainly occurs at the specific tender points in the muscles, the connective tissue and in and around the joints. This is just like muscle pain after strenuous exercise, straining or during the flu, but it doesn't go away anymore. Regular causes of fibromyalgia haven't been identified yet. What can be seen are changes in the muscle tension, but it is also found in people without fibromyalgia. It is suspected that there is a possible disturbance in the brain that affects blood flow or muscle tension. The way in which stimuli from the environment are processed may influence the complaints. In any case, it is an inflammatory disease and it is most likely not hereditary. The diagnostic criteria are fairly subjective, but the specific “tender points” are very painful in several places. It is striking that fibromyalgia does not lead to damage to muscles or joints.
If you look further, you see that there is a malfunction in the mitochondria (energy factories in cells) and if you repair this, then people with Fibromyalgia really feel a lot better. Research also shows that the fibromyalgia patient has far fewer (working) mitochondria than a 'healthy' person.
Clearly, with fibromyalgia, there is a change in muscle metabolism, which can cause pain and fatigue. It is striking that it is more common in women than in men. Furthermore, there seems to be a relationship with CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome).
The most common causes of fibromyalgia are:
1. Dormant viruses. At least half of the patients have had Pfeifer disease (gland fever).
2. Liver failure with a disruptive effect on the connective tissue of the muscles and joints;
3. Hypothalamus disturbance with a disturbance of the autonomic nervous system;
4. Stored heavy metals;
5. Disruption in the biochemistry of energy management;
6. Unprocessed emotions .
Viruses feed on heavy metals and in turn secrete toxins. These toxins put a load on the functioning of your muscles, which then gives pain ant tension. If you strengthen the liver, you help detoxify heavy metals and starve the viruses. If the viruses become weaker, they excrete less toxins and the symptoms decrease.
We have developed a program that works and have been applying it in practice for years.
