Fungi


In general, fungi don't do much harm, because the immune system can fight fungi quite easily. However, with a weak immune system (which occurs more often than people think) or with continuous exposure to fungi, you can still get quite sick. In addition, they keep the immune system busy and other pathogens, such as viruses and bacteria, can become more powerful. This can lead to a serious illness. You can then think of issues, such as fatigue, dizziness, focus and concentration problems, nausea, tingles and numbness headache and migraines. So important to fight this. Sage is one of the herbs that does this wonderfully. It is not a herb that people use a lot, but start to try to use it.

The nature of the herb Sage is aimed at fighting fungi. Eating sage is great for curing fungal infections such as athlete's foot and itching from within, as well as tackling mutated fungal strains in the intestinal tract.

How to use:

Use fresh sage on or in your meals, such as in salads, soups, stews, stir-fries, dips, sauces, dressings, over steamed vegetables, pasta, and so on.

Sage, rosemary, thyme, and oregano have complementary properties, so it's helpful to keep these herbs in your diet from time to time or consume them together.
