Fibromyalgie

Someone with fibromyalgia is often misunderstood, not by their doctor, but also by their partner often doesn't understand it and are dismissed as lazy and not to whine. This alone can cause a depression and make the situation even worse! It is very intense when you realize that this group of people really has a health problem and also needs attention. Painkillers don't solve it, at least not for the long term.

The aches, pains, tenderness, fatigue, and stiffness of fibromyalgia are a result of Stage Four Epstein Barr’s neurotoxins creating chronic inflammation of both the central nervous system and nerves throughout the body. This can result in mild cracks, tears, and exposed root hairs that create sensitive spots on the nerves. Some aggressive varieties of EBV go so far as to bind onto these weak points, creating even more inflammation and pain.

EBV’s neurotoxins are created when the pathogen feeds on its favorite foods, and in the case of fibromyalgia, its often toxic heavy metals such as mercury. A high-fat/ high-protein diet tends to worsen the condition as it slows down detoxification.

With fibromyalgia, someone can have ongoing pain that can shift and move around the body (something I call moving pain). Discomfort in certain areas one week can shift to other areas of the body a week later. Or someone can live with a constant fluctuation of pain, from mild to more severe, that stays in the same areas.

One of the hard parts of fibromyalgia, out of many, is how everyday accidents and actions can lead to pain that feels insurmountable. Bumping into a door jamb, for example, or knocking your foot into something as you’re walking along, or lifting something too heavy, or pushing your body too far with exercise— these are often experiences of pain that someone would forget about within seconds, if they even registered the pain in the first place. For a fibromyalgia sufferer, the pain these incidents can cause is on a whole other level. EBV is also behind the common fibromyalgia experiences of sensitivity to touch, severe fatigue (that is, neurological fatigue), and a host of other issues.

The medical system is still years from discovering this illness’s true root—because it’s EBV, and it takes place at a nerve level that medical tools currently can’t detect.

Weight problems

People with fibromaylgia often have wieght issues and this isn't only because it is difficult to exercise because of the pain. No, it is also due to the degree of EBV load in the body, which shows itself in 4 stages and stage 4 is the most intense! You often get infected with EBV in your teenage years, the infection is the first stage. You don't have to get sick immediately. Phase 2 is when you get sick (Pfeiffer's disease) and EBV then starts hiding in the organs. EBV can no longer be found here, as only the antibodies in the blood. You will often be told by the doctor that you have expercienced a mononucleosis earlier in your life and that it is no longer active and that this cann't be the cause of the health issues. Nothing is less true! EBV is moving up from the organs, to the thyroid gland and this can cause weight problems. Many fibromyalgia patients also have a diagnosis of underactive thyroid. From the thyroid it then moves to the nervous system and then someone is in phase 4.

The solution

Yes, there really is a solution! It does take time, because the virus is very active and there are many heavy metals in the body. What I already mentioned, the diet needs to be altered and the intake of fats and proteins should be significantly reduced. This will clear the liver and stimulates detoxification. This allows you to dissolve accumulated fats (biofilm) where pathogens hide and are difficult to reach for the immune system. Also, the heavy metals needs to be detoxified and we need to slow down EBV and get it to sleep. You can do this by eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and eating specific fruits, such as wild blueberries. Supplements are also needed to support the functioning of the liver,

However, you cann't predict how long this process will take, everyone is different. For example, someone can feel a lot better within two weeks and for the other it takes 2 months. Getting EBV completely out of the body can take up from 1 to 2 years. Gladly, in the meantime there has been a significant improvement in the immune system, which keeps the virus dormant and as a result the pains are much less.

If you also want to get rid of your fibromyalgia, please contact me. This can be done by telephone, Whatsapp, e-mail or schedule a non-binding telephone conversation by clicking on this link . During this conversation we can get to know eachother briefly and you can tell your story and I can explain how I can help.

So dont hesitate and contact me and realize that there really is a solution!
