Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is another great nutrient. I use it myself and even give it to my dog! In fact, I think everyone would benefit from it.

Ashwagandha is also known as winter cherry, it is a powerful medicinal herb with incredible adaptogenic properties that can reduce stress-related conditions such as adrenal fatigue, adrenal fatigue and heart and kidney problems.

Ashwagandha is a rich source of minerals including zinc, iron, calcium, magnesium, vanadium and cobalt. It is an immune effective enhancing herb that has the ability to increase white joint count and prepare the body to produce antigens to survive various infections and revolutionary.

Ashwagandha is also excellent for improving brain function and neurotransmitters that can help with neurological conditions such as brain fog, migraines, tremors, tics and spasms, restless legs, chronic nerve pain and shingles.

Ashwagandha is also beneficial for the thyroid gland as it aids the body's thyroid hormones in producing energy and metabolism and can increase a circular sleep cycle. Ashwagandha has been shown to improve oxygen flow and utilization of cellular levels, which is very beneficial for people suffering from respiratory problems such as COPD and asthma, spread to athletes who want to increase their stamina and strength while training.

It is also very beneficial for depression, anxiety, insomnia, anemia, candida, type 2 diabetes and autoimmune diseases such as fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, chronic fatigue syndrome and Guillain-barre syndrome. Ashwagandha has also traditionally been used as a natural infertility treatment.

Buy Ashwagandha from my favorite supplements page. This Ashwagandha is from the Vimergy brand and is really the best there is.

Take 1 pipette 1 to 2 times a day as maintenance, in case of complaints take 2 x daily 2 pipettes. With some complaints I sometimes go even higher.
